The InFlight program is a combination of two core philosophies:
1. People thrive in companies that treat them like human beings.
2. Your team wants you to lead them.
Based on those two beliefs, we have created a series of workshop guidebooks for you to work through with your team. Each workshop is roughly 45 minutes in length and includes discussion questions, group activities and/or solo take home assignments.
Our mission is to provide you, the team leader, with the tools to build credibility amongst your people, teaching them how to be more effective and more fulfilled in their work; taking control of their lives.
How does it work?
We're sitting on a collection of over 40 workshops, a collection which is growing every day. Our clients are on a monthly subscription, giving them unlimited access to every one of those workshops. Using our easy search function, you can find the one that makes the most sense for your team's specific needs. A short email will go out to your team members letting them know of the scheduled workshop, and telling them what they'll need to bring.
Anytime prior to running the workshop, you can watch our three minute companion video, teaching you how to best run that specific workshop.
The Philosophy:
Education - personal and professional growth - should be fun. It should be done in a team environment. And, it should be done regularly, rather than a special event. We understand time is precious. We understand budgets are tight. We also understand that not taking time out once in a while for reflection and growth is like saying you're "too busy driving to stop for gas." Eventually, you'll run out of steam.
We believe that well balanced, goal focused employees who feel they're working towards more than a paycheque will be more productive, show more initiative and be more loyal to your company. The In Flight program is designed specifically to generate those results. Oh, and it's fun, too.

Running a Workshop
Workshops are extremely easy to run. We recommend 15 minutes of prep time for each one, and find managers rarely need more than that.
The workshop Leader Notes are written to be exactly that - a guide. Ultimately, no one knows your business and your team as well as you. The natural, organic conversation that rises during the InFlight workshops are often as valuable as the material itself.
